Formatting Hard Drives
You may need to format your hard drives before class next Thursday. A lot of times, they're already formatted for Macs and you can just plug them in and go. Sometimes you need to launch the installer software on the drive. If you're not sure, do a test run and try to drag and drop a file onto your hard drive. If it copies, you're good. If it won't copy, your drive needs to be formatted.
